Week of January 28th

With my section's exam quickly approaching, it came as no surprise to me that attendance was up at my office hours. The topic of conversation with most of the students that came was Gauss's Law. For first time E&M students this method can be particularly tough to grasp due to the many different geometric configurations it can take on. I helped some students make some headway on their sapling assignments and showed them some tips and tricks to take with them into the exam. I also had the unique opportunity to help proctor the exam Friday morning which provided me with a new perspective on the role as an educator.
