I had one student come to my office hour this week. We talked about torque. I think there was a problem in understanding that the force has to be perpendicular to the radius of the system. So, when there is a force that isn't perpendicular, you need to take a component of that force.
The lecture went well. I think students are understanding how similar rotational kinematics are to regular kinematics.
